Eternal Return Lumia Weekly Brawl Mini - NA Duos closes with Lilypetal, NikkoNikkoSushi taking the win
Lilypetal and NikkoNikkoSushi won the Eternal Return Lumia Weekly Brawl Mini in North America on Saturday, September 10.
Their team of Lilypetal on Hart and NikkoNikkoSushi on Estelle topped the scoreboard with a score of 235 with a total of 30 team kills, followed closely by team "just walk up" consisting of Spy12150 on Eleven and Anot on Eva with a score of 220 and 28 team kills. The narrow point difference is virtually a repeat of their results during the Lumia Weekly Brawl group stages where teams "girl!" and just walk up earned 155 and 150 points respectively, where they also took 1st and 2nd place.
The resulting scores were also despite their early elimination during the first round of Lumia Weekly Brawl to their rival team. But overall, it could be said that LilyPetal and NikkoNikkoSushi's victory is due to their very consistent performances in the five rounds, excluding the first.
Lumia Weekly Brawl is a regular competition of the game Eternal Return. It is organized and administered by Nimble Neuron in partnership with Gen.G Esports. Lumia Weekly Brawl formats vary between solos, duos and squads.

Here are some memorable moments from every Lumia Weekly Brawl Mini round caught on stream:
Round #1 - Unfortunate hyperloop
![]() |
| Lilypetal is held down by Spy12150 and Anot |
After hyperlooping into the Factory area, Lilypetal and NikkoNikkoSushi got caught inside Spy12150's Calorie Cyclone to the Food For Thought combo, forcing the latter to watch helplessly as both focused down on the relatively fragile Lilypetal. Due to the taunt effect, NikkoNikkoSushi could not activate the Hazard Shield or Helitack Stat! skills, which might have been able to save Lilypetal.
Once Hart was down, Spy12150 and Anot were free to chase the remaining member down. In the ensuing chase, NikkoNikkoSushi could have escaped with the Helitack Stat! slow and the Forcible Entry dash. If that had happened, Lilypetal could still respawn after the 45-second timer and they would be back in the game. However, Spy12150 managed to perfectly time a charged Food for Thought the moment NikkoNikkoSushi used Forcible Entry to run away, thus forcing the latter to come back, thus netting Anot two kills in total from that encounter.
Round #2 - GhostElectricity takes his enemies on a trip

| meisroy reenters the fight |
The fight started all the way from the Cemetery area as meisroy's Cathy opened up by engaging on NikkoNikkoSushi. However, despite GhostElectricity's Hyejin and meisroy's concerted efforts, NikkoNikkoSushi proved too sturdy to burst down, especially once meisroy's Emergency Surgery missed. After the former two's burst windows had passed, meisroy was promptly downed by NikkoNikkoSushi after being slowed to a crawl by both Helitack Stat! and Diamond Shard's effects.
An ensuing chase involving the remaining three took them through the corners of Chapel, Forest, Uptown and finally the Beach. NikkoNikkoSushi's Estelle proved difficult to run from as despite GhostElectricity's excellent maneuvering and skill usage, the former was always hot on his trail.
After meisroy's timer was over, he respawned in Forest and rejoined the fight. But due to spawning with reduced health, he wasn't able to take down Lilypetal and was subsequently taken out along with GhostElectricity, who was already low at that point.
Round #3 - lauqe and Perrilox's valiant ambush

| lauqe catches Spy12150 and Anot unaware |
During a seemingly slow point of Lumia Weekly Brawl round 3, Spy12150 and Anot were at Hotel and were walking towards the console area. However, little did they know that team Buff Throw Siss, composed of lauqe on Aya and Perrilox on Sissela, were behind the pool wall waiting. When both players of just walk up were in range, lauqe immediately jumped out and hit both players with a Blank Cartridge, dealing massive damage especcially to the frail Eva. With Anot low, lauqe and Perrilox attempted focus on Eva. However, Spy12150 managed to catch the Aya while she was channeling her Steady Shot, canceling it. The taunt gave Anot enough time to burst down lauqe, while Perrilox succeeded in taking Anot down after.
It should be noted that despite being ambushed, Anot was still able to react quickly enough to use Amethyst Flow and put some distance between Aya and Eva; an amazing display of game sense.
The ensuing fight caught the attention of the nearby team Please Rework Chiara, composed of J7ang on another Sissela and Viosmic on the Estelle. J7ang's Free At Last downs Perrilox, who was already in low health while being chased by Spy12150.
A short chase afterwards nets J7ang and Viosmic the kill on Spy12150.
Round #4 - Estelle's Duty Calls!
![]() |
| The unstoppable revival |
Lilypetal's claim on the 2nd day Meteorite did not go contested. However, it set the stage for SevenStryke's gank onto Lilypetal, which downed her Hart right after being able to craft her transition weapon.
But even when faced with a 2 versus 1 situation, NikkoNikkoSushi still managed to down SevenStryke. The situation had become a 1 versus 1 between an Estelle with around 60% health and a Hyunwoo with full health. In that scenario, NikkoNikkoSushi decided to count on one of Estelle's other uses; her ability to revive a downed teammate while being immune to crowd control.
Cristianrsh was faced with a tough choice; to run away or attempt to stop the revival. However, to do that, a very tanky Estelle must be downed. At that remaining amount of health, it was quite unlikely. All the Hyunwoo could do was to watch helplessly as Lilypetal rose from the dead.
Round #5 - An explosive comeback on Lumia Weekly Brawl cut short

| LynBayes and リン2 attempt to run from Cristianrsh |
Throughout round 5 of Lumia Weekly Brawl, team The Kids made a surprising and much-needed come-back, collecting a total of 10 team kills, including the honor of eliminating one of the first place contenders Spy12150 and Anot in the process. By the start of the third day, they had become the uncontested favorites to win that round, as their body count was at least double that of the next team. However, things abruptly took a turn when they met the Definitely Not Streamers team.

During Lumia Weekly Brawl's post-game interview, Lilypetal admitted that the augments used during the first four games were wrong, noting that it "felt off". Adrenaline was finally used in the last game where team The Kids, consisting of Cristianrsh on the Hyunwoo and SevenStryke on Nathapon, defeated both Spy12150 and Anot very early in the game. At that point, their team already had the thought, "It's over, we won. We just have to kill everyone in the lobby." And indeed they did.
